The EPLS Provider certificate is valid for four years.
 
There are two ways to recertify as a EPLS Provider:

        Successfully undertake a full EPLS Provider Course
        Successfully complete the assessment simulation and MCQ
           (see regulation 12.2 of the EPLS course regulations)
