The worksheets documenting the science for guidelines 2010 are available on the new ILCOR website and are open for comment:

These worksheets will form the basis of new 2010 Resuscitation Guidelines.

The 2010 Consensus on Science with Treatment Recommendations (CoSTR), and the AHA and ERC guidelines will be published electronically at the same time, on 18 October 2010.   The ERC guidelines will also be published in the journal Resuscitation.   The Resuscitation Council (UK) will publish its guidelines electronically about the same time.
