Request permission to reproduce material
      from Resuscitation Council (UK) publications

The Resuscitation Council (UK) is usually willing to grant permission without charge for the reproduction of material contained in its publications. This includes both printed and on-line publications.

To request such permission please download and complete our application form. Please complete all details on the form, include your signature electronically in the space provided, and then email your completed form to Sarah.Mitchell@resus.org.uk. We will then provide the appropriate authorisation and return the form to you at the email address you have specified.

Please note that by submitting an application you agree to the conditions specified on the form.
