Accessing course certificates
Following the recent system upgrade, some candidates may be experiencing issues accessing their course certificates. We’re working to resolve this and are prioritising this issue. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Centre admin: reviewing candidates’ pre-course MCQ result
Currently the system is not displaying candidates’ overall result in percentage but rather in ‘Grade’. Please use the table below for the pass grade mark by course category that have the assessment:

LMS MFA (multi-factor authentication) coming soon
From Monday 8 June 2026, MFA will be enabled for all users, who will be required to verify their LMS login via email or an authentication app. Please ensure that you still have access to the email address listed on your LMS profile. If not, we strongly recommend updating your details before 8 June 2026.
