Restart a Heart Live
You can make the difference by joining Restart A Heart Live - a free live-streamed CPR event taking place on Wednesday 1 October 2025, 09:00 - 21:00, starting on the hour every hour. Building on the Guinness World Record success of last year this is now a UK-wide event.
Anyone can register to take part, and it’s a fun, accessible way for primary and secondary schools to get students of all ages learning this lifesaving skill. No equipment is required. All you need is a cushion, jacket in a bag or teddy and 25 minutes of your time.
Encourage your local school to take part by sending them a letter using our pre-written template.
Join this nationwide effort to get as many people trained in CPR as possible, helping our communities to look after one another.
