The report warns that socio-economic deprivation, a person’s ethnicity, or cultural background, shouldn’t determine whether a person is more or less likely to survive a cardiac arrest.

These new awards were established to recognise the contributions of impactful members of the resuscitation community, past and present. Recipients of these awards will receive a certificate, complimentary tickets to either RCUK’s Conference or Instructor Day, as well as being invited to sit as an observer on a subcommittee of their preference.

After six years, our Instructor Day will return on 16 May 2024. Taking place at the Vox in Birmingham, the Instructor Day will bring together instructors, instructor candidates (IC) and instructor potentials (IP) from across the UK for a day of learning and networking.
